APM NOTES 22nd June 2021
Holland Fen with Brothertoft Parish Council annual parish meeting held at Brothertoft Village Hall on Tuesday 22nd June 2021 at 7:30pm.
In Attendance: with Councillor Nigel Early in the Chair, there were present Councillors: Richard Leggott, Peter Robinson, Paul Anderson, Alan Dring.

County Councillor – Micheal Brookes
The Chairman declared the meeting opened at 7:30 p.m.
1. Apologies for absence – Councillor A. Cannon, M. Leggott, D. Ball and District Councillor George Cornah and Chelcei Sharman.
2. Notes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on Tuesday 7th May 2019 (attached) to be approved as Minutes and signed by the Chairman. (no meeting in 2020 due to Covid restrictions)
It was:-
Proposed by Councillor R. Leggott and Seconded by Councillor Dring and Resolved that the notes of the above meeting be approved as Minutes and signed by the Chairman.
3. Chairman’s Annual report (Councillor N. Early):
Welcome everyone, It had been a very unusual year having limited meetings in person and getting use to having meetings online via zoom due to Coronavirus.
I wish to thank all councillors for their attendance to the meetings online and in person. Hopefully the council will stay meeting in person from now on. I would also like to thank the clerk for all her hard work in the last year and I look forwards to working with her over the next year.
4. Financial report – The clerk informed the council that the current bank balances are Santander- £2,098.59. Nat West Current account- £100.00 and Nat West Business account- £3423.80. The clerk informed all that the council is in a good place financially with enough money to cover the expenses budgeted for over the next year.
5. Any other business at the discretion of the Chairman – There was a discussion on the overgrown grass at the churchyard in May but the grass cutting has been done since then.
