Holland Fen with Brothertoft Parish Council

 

Dear Parishioner,

You are invited to attend the meeting of Holland Fen with Brothertoft Parish Council to be held at Brothertoft Village Hall on Tuesday 23rd September at 7.30 pm. Public and press are welcome to attend. Fifteen minutes are allocated prior to the business below for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the council, (3 minutes allowed per speaker, up to a maximum of 15 minutes in total).

  1. Welcome by Chairman and Public Participation.
  2. To accept apologies and reasons for absence.
  3. To receive declarations of interest in items on the agenda in accordance with the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any requests for dispensations.
  4. The notes from the meeting held on the 22nd of July 2025 to be approved as minutes and signed by the Chairman.
  5. Clerk’s report on matters outstanding:

5.2. Update on Brothertoft church

5.3. Traffic jumping lights on bridge

5.4. Updated policies

5.5. Meeting dates for 2026

  1. To receive reports and updates from outside bodies or local organisations:

  1. To note any general correspondence.
  2. Highway matters – any problems to report.
  3. To note all planning applications:

9.1. To receive results of applications, decisions, appeals and enforcements.

  2. Next Meeting will be on the 25th of November 2025 from 7.00pm at Holland Fen Village Hall.
