Holland Fen with Brothertoft Parish Council
Dear Parishioner,
You are invited to attend the meeting of Holland Fen with Brothertoft Parish Council to be held at Holland Fen Village Hall on Tuesday 22nd July at 7.30 pm. Public and press are welcome to attend. Fifteen minutes are allocated prior to the business below for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the council, (3 minutes allowed per speaker, up to a maximum of 15 minutes in total).

- Welcome by Chairman and Public Participation.
- To accept apologies and reasons for absence.
- To receive declarations of interest in items on the agenda in accordance with the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any requests for dispensations.
- The notes from the meeting held on the 27th of May 2025 to be approved as minutes and signed by the Chairman.
- To receive update on Parish Liaison meeting attended by Cllrs Cannon and Leggott.
- Clerk’s report on matters outstanding:

- To receive reports and updates from outside bodies or local organisations:
7.1. County and Borough Councillors’ reports

- To note any general correspondence.
- Highway matters – any problems to report.

10.1. To receive results of applications, decisions, appeals and enforcements.

- To receive items for the next agenda.
- Next Meeting will be on the 23rd of September 2025 from 7.00pm at Brothertoft Village Hall.
